Cerebra System Solutions is a venture-backed start-up in the business of developing proprietary interface, video and image processing technologies for the display and image application market. The company directly addresses the challenges posed by conventional design to provide the highest cost performance solutions.

The company name “Cerebra System Solutions Inc.(CSSI)” to signify our belief that a team of brains would provide better solutions and more effectively contribute to realize better life and more exciting environment. CSSI provides an exciting workplace for all employees engaged at all levels within the company. CSSI commits to provide its customers with the most advanced IP solutions for LSI, LSI Chips, technologies and continuous growth.
We intend to be a global IP and fab-less semiconductor company that utilizes the strength and expertise from the area as the active center of the global industry.

President & CEO of a fabless semiconductor company for 11 years.
Leader of business unit of video & image processing LSI and mixed signal LSI for four companies. The missions were fables semiconductor business units and companies
Managing R & D and marketing of LSI business especially in image processing & FPD applications for 23 years
Researching semiconductor device for 11 years
Mr. Kato holds B.E. degree in Electronics engineering from National Nagoya Institute Technology.
Dr. Kenzo Konishi (Representative Director, President, CTO)
Dr. Konishi has more than 25-year experiences in semiconductor industry. He has worked around SoC development and project management for mobile products and display products. He joined to Sharp corporation as semiconductor design engineer on 1997. Dr. Konishi also participated CerebrEX Inc. as a starting member on 2012. His technical expertise are system level design, IC implementation and algorithm design, especially he is also well up on RISC CPU(ARM Core), Design Methodology, EDA, Graph Theory, Data Compression /Decompression, outsourcing of backend design. Dr. Konishi holds B.E., M.E., and doctoral degree in Discrete mathematics and Electronics Engineering and Computer Science from National Kobe University.
Kazutoshi Fukuyama (Independent Director)
Peijun Zhao(趙培俊) was born in Shanghai on November 27, 1973. In 2002 he became a Japanese citizen because he had fulfilling life in Japanese university and had proud of as a member of society in several companies in Japan. His name of Japan nationality is Kazutoshi Fukuyama (福山 一俊). He is willing to play a role of an essential bridge between Japan and China.
After spending 16 years in Japan, he returned to China at the end of 2009 and then he found Brimart Technology (H.K.) Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong in 20216 who is a trading company. President Fukuyama has been aggressively engaging in China-Japan. He has been working as a sales and marketing manager in Jepico and Hakuto for 10 years to handle with semiconductor and electronics components products. Especially in Jepico he was mainly engaged in the sales of image processing ICs business with major companies in mainland China and Taiwan. Major customers were Skyworth, Konka, Changhong, as well as Delta, BenQ, and others.
He graduated from Senshu University’s School of Commerce in 1999.
Keizo Higuchi (Auditor)
Mr. Higuchi holds the position of Senior Expert of Techno-Accel Networks since April 2020. Mr. Higuchi began his career at Mitsubishi Electric and served key posts as Manager of MCU Application Group, MCU & System LSI Group. After the joint venture of HITACHI and Mitsubishi Electric was established, Mr. Higuchi served the post of Department Manager of MCU and System LSI Business Planning of Renesas Technology Corp since 2003.
In 2006, Mr. Higuchi joined Mega Chips Corp as Director of LSI Business Group and served as Executive Officer and Company President of LSI Business Group since 2007.Mr. Higuchi served as Auditor of CerebrEX Inc. from 2016 to 2023.Mr. Higuchi holds a Bachelor degree in Electric Engineering from Ritsumeikan University
